Ever since I was a child, I've been fascinated by the holistic and diverse nature of humanity. Specifically, I've been intrigued by each person's talents, behaviors, and their underlying reasons. That's why in 2018, I decided to pursue training as a kinesiologist to deepen my knowledge, officially apply it in practice, and share my experiences and knowledge with others.
To balance my mental and emotional work, I find solace in the mountains, particularly through climbing and hiking. In this regard, I took on the role of trail supervisor and nature conservation officer for the Austrian Alpine Club (ÖAV).
