Your Body Knows Best At every moment, your body knows what supports it the most, which decision is best for you, and what your deepest desires and fears are. In a holistic kinesiology session, I use muscle testing to determine what will best support YOU on your path—helping you gain clarity and energy. Together, we identify the obstacles in your way and transform them, unlocking the energy behind them to support your physical, energetic, and emotional growth. --- About Me I have found my passion in helping people live their fullest potential. Kinesiology, intuition, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), herbal medicine from around the world, psychology, psychosomatics, energy work, and much more—these are the tools I deeply explore and integrate into my work to unfold this potential. Throughout life, we encounter challenges. These challenges are actually our greatest teachers—whether they appear as physical symptoms, hardships, or difficult thoughts and emotions.
